- Project name and type (i.e. :60 radio, audio book, narration, etc...)
- Whether it's a "booking" or an "audition"
- Any voice direction you may have (i.e. hardsell, conversational, etc...)
- Whether it's a "dry read" or a "full production"
- FINAL script
- Deadline
- Delivery format (MP3, WAV, AIF, CD)
- Your budget
- Your contact information

The rest is easy:
- I send you the voice over.
- You approve the voice over.
Studio hours are 9am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday... but I always make exceptions.
